2018
55x68x50cm
Steel, Enamel, New Media, concrete.
The ancient Greek myth of the Minotaur dates back to the times when the gods walked among people and meeting with unusual creatures was not surprising. Ancient people believed that the labyrinth of the Minotaur is the refuge of the gods, and life is the road through the halls and rooms of this mythical structure. The dead end is death, and the exit is victory over death. Allegorical, isn't it? Could this character exist from ancient legends - remains a mystery to this day...
The sculpture is made by hand from concrete, by molding. Horns are made of steel by welding. Painted with enamel.
